Our company’s healthcare portfolio includes a wide selection of solutions in inter-institutional communication, integrated healthcare business systems as well as in mHealth. We develop our products based on our many years of experience in healthcare IT in compliance with the current legislations and GDPR requirements. The most important element of our product portfolio is the own-developed MedSolution product line of integrated hospital information systems. Hungary’s four biggest universities of medicine use our e-MedSolution system, furthermore, it is used at several institutions abroad, for example in the Czech Republic and in Romania, while we support comprehensive healthcare services of four cantons in Bosnia –from GPs to university institutions, they use our e-MedSolution system. Our products are easy-to-use, yet they are capable of covering complex institutional and inter-institutional processes, and they provide a solution in all areas of healthcare.

Thirty-five colleagues work in our support team to maintain customer satisfaction. We have premises in Budapest, Debrecen, Szeged and Balatonfüred. Under our contracts, we undertake software and legislation follow-up, helpdesk service in 5x8 hours a week, remote system administration and standby service in 7x24 hours a week. Our consultants pay special attention to accurately understanding and to optimally fulfilling our Clients' needs. AGILE DEVELOPMENT WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE TEAM MEMBERS
Nearly fifty colleagues work in our development team to make patient attendance processes safe and the work of healthcare staff efficient by using our products. In a frequently and rapidly changing regulatory environment, we pay close attention to keep the operation up-to-date. We work according to an agile methodology so we are able to deliver new versions even on a fortnightly basis.
